Discovery Call and Custom Checklist Design

We start with a 60-minute call to understand your store network, your operational priorities, and what you most need to know. From that, we build a client-specific audit checklist — not a generic template.

10 Anonymous Store Visits

Trained field auditors visit your agreed locations during normal operating hours, acting as regular customers. Visits are unannounced. No store manager is notified in advance.

Photo-Backed Evidence on Every Report

Every significant finding includes photo documentation. You’ll see exactly what the auditor saw — shelf labels, signage, checkout conditions, facility issues.

QA-Reviewed Individual Store Reports

Every report goes through our internal quality review before it reaches you. We check for evidence completeness, language neutrality, scoring accuracy, and executive readability.

Severity Scoring Per Store

Findings are coded: Critical, High, Medium, Low, or Informational. You see the most urgent issues clearly — not buried in a list of 80 checklist items.

Aggregated Pilot Findings Summary

After all 10 visits are complete, we produce an aggregated summary showing which issues appeared across multiple locations, which categories score lowest, and what patterns emerge at the portfolio level.

1-Hour Executive Debrief Call

We walk through the pilot findings with your team, answer questions, and discuss what the data suggests for ongoing monitoring, training, or operational priorities.

What types of stores can you audit in the pilot?
We work with most retail formats: grocery, convenience, specialty, franchise, auto service, restaurant, pharmacy, and more. We’ll confirm coverage before you sign.
Do my store managers know we’re doing this?
No. Anonymous visits are unannounced. Store managers are not informed. The auditor enters as a normal customer.
Can we choose which 10 stores are visited?
Yes. We’ll discuss location selection during the discovery call. Many clients select a representative mix — top performers, known problem stores, and average locations — to get a realistic picture of the network.
What if a report doesn’t meet your quality standard?
Every report goes through QA review before delivery. If a report doesn’t meet our standard, we arrange a re-shop. You receive a quality report — not a report that doesn’t meet your standards.
