Anonymous Field Intelligence

Unannounced visits where trained auditors enter stores as normal customers, observe, document, and submit evidence-backed reports through our QA review process. Anonymous auditors observe and report. They do not fix, correct, or interfere with operations.

Authorized Store Recovery

Disclosed, client-authorized visits where trained representatives may verify, correct, and document execution against a client-approved scope. Requires written client authorization.

Ground Truth First

We document what was actually observed. Not what the auditor thinks happened. Not what the store should look like. What it looked like during this visit, supported by evidence.

Neutral Language

Our reports are designed to inform your operations team, not to generate accusations. We use qualified language for sensitive findings: “may indicate,” “observed behavior is consistent with,” “recommended for internal review.”

QA Before Delivery

No report reaches a client without passing internal QA review. This is non-negotiable.

Confidentiality

Client identities and store data are protected. Auditor identities are protected from client disclosure. We do not use client data for any purpose beyond the contracted engagement.
