Discovery and Checklist Design

A 60–90 minute conversation to understand your priorities. We design a custom checklist — 50 to 100 items — built around your specific format.

Store Sample Design

We recommend a representative sample: top performers, average performers, known problem locations, and random selections. This produces a more useful picture than only auditing stores you’re concerned about.

Field Deployment

Visits are anonymous and unannounced. Auditors enter as normal customers and complete the audit over a standard customer visit.

QA Review

Every report is reviewed by a Signal Retail QA team member before delivery. We check evidence quality, language neutrality, scoring accuracy, and severity ratings.

Delivery and Debrief

Individual store reports delivered within 48–72 hours of each visit. Aggregated findings delivered at end of visit window. Executive debrief call to walk through findings together.
