National Field Intelligence Network
Consistent store observation. Every market. Same standard.
Discuss National Coverage RequirementsSignal Retail builds its field intelligence network market by market — recruiting, training, and certifying field auditors in each geography before taking on client work in that market.
Our network currently operates in Phase 1–3 markets (Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Texas/Southwest) and is expanding to Phase 4 markets (Northeast and West Coast).
Our field auditors are trained, certified, and QA-scored field intelligence contractors with a demonstrated track record of evidence quality and report accuracy.
Network Standards
Recruitment
Every auditor is individually recruited, background-checked, and screened before training begins.
Training
All auditors complete Signal Retail’s field conduct SOP, evidence collection training, and a training shop before any paid assignment.
Certification
Entry Auditors progress to Certified Auditor (15 accepted visits at 90%+ QA rate) and Senior Auditor (40 accepted visits at 95%+). Complex assignments require senior certification.
Quality Scoring
Every auditor maintains a quality scorecard: acceptance rate, on-time submission, evidence quality, and language quality. Auditors below 80% composite are placed on performance improvement.
- Qualified auditors in every market within your store footprint
- Consistent QA standards regardless of market
- Route-day coverage for rural and suburban locations
- Regional Lead Auditors managing quality in high-volume markets
- Emergency coverage protocol for visit failures
We build coverage before we commit scope. No enterprise contract is signed without a capacity check confirming auditor coverage in every required market.
